Phone is not universal – its in Polish / Ukrainian

This unit is not in English!
All the menus are in Polish or Ukrainian including the manuals and software…
Amazon makes no mention of this fact.
The phone can be changed to English – with some difficulty- I had to figure this out by trail and error…. but some features are locked and remain in Polish.
When you reboot the phone it reverts to Polish.

Item I got-SUPPORTS INTERFACE IN ENGLISH!!!

First of all-faster than I though delivery speed!!!The phone works good with 2 sims AT THE SAME TIME!When I first switch it on-there was a POLISH language,BUT than, I simply choose ENGLISH in phone menu!!!FM radio,bluetooth works good.Voice quality is very nice.Phone operating system works with NO lags.Sound is not very loud.Good 2 SIMs “work machine”.
